Lucien was born in Winnipeg, Mb in 1975, to Dennis & Georgina Spence. His home town is O-Chi-Chak-O-Sipi First Nation also known as Crane River, Mb. Luciens Ancestral lineage is of Metis and First Nation Decent.
Lucien has been writing songs and singing for the past 10 years. His love of music is truly inspiried by past and present Aboriginal music icons. A highlight in Luciens Music career to date was that of playing with country music legend Marty Stuart. He Feels he is starting to experience his dream of reaching the stars and to share his music and talent with his fans.
An elder once told him "Believe in yourself and the world is yours". Lucien had taken this quote seriously and he is now beginning to conquer and find his place in the music world.
